Minnows come in a variety of different styles and colors. These baits can be rigged for use alone or on an A-rig which have become very popular since the Umbrella Rigging Systems were introduced. Anglers report better success with the Alabama Rig when mixing different colors instead of all the same.

For freshwater, use the Minnow bait when fishing for Walleye or LM & SM Bass when rigged on a jig head or bottom bouncer.

Minnow Baits also make an excellent saltwater bait used for catching Redfish, Speckled Trout and Skipjack. These baits can be very effective swimming with a jig head or when used with a Popping Cork or Trolling.
