World's Only 100% Double-Structure Main Line Fluoro

TATSU – Japanese for Dragon – delivers an amazingly strong, yet supple, fluorocarbon line unlike any other through a superior, state-of-the-art double-structure process. It fuses two custom, 100% fluorocarbon resins, creating the world’s only double-structure main line. Fill your spool with TATSU and fish fierce.

Throughout the centuries, the mythical, mighty dragon has been described as fierce, formidable, stealthy, and virtually indestructible. Like the flexible, lithe, and armored scales of a Dragon, TATSU has a tough, but soft exterior, while hiding an inner strength incomparable to any other line on the planet. TATSU is a Double Structure Fluorocarbon (DSF) line. Made with two custom, 100% Seaguar Fluorocarbon resins, extruded in one solid piece, TATSU is simply the best of the very best in Seaguar lines. No other competitor can match Seaguar's proprietary extrusion process that releases the performance power of this uniquely structured line. Seaguar's strongest and softest line, TATSU is the apex of Fluorocarbon.

The best, and worth the high price

This is a lot to pay for fluorocarbon line. I wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t so much better than less expensive options. The worst thing to save money on in fishing is line. Its superior strength and handling was tested to be true on Tackle Tour. I find it to be the same. It also lasts longer and doesn't easily get ruined in bird’s nest like some less expensive fluorocarbon. Those things help level costs. This is what’s on most of my baitcasting reels. The only exceptions are one used for topwater (fluorocarbon sinks), and a couple with braid to fluorocarbon leader.
